Ariba Coaching Services

Sourcing JumpStart is most commonly delivered to customers right after their sourcing technology is deployed and ready to use. By delivering best practices workshops, one-on-one project coaching and project identification assistance, Ariba provides customers with the support required to generate quick savings while accelerating new user adoption and a healthy return on investment.

Sourcing JumpStart is delivered over a 45-90 day period through a mix of on-site and remote support and consists of the following service elements:

• A Sourcing Fundamentals workshop which will impart online sourcing best practices around a range of topics and includes a one-half day lab for creating projects under the tutelage of a trained sourcing consultant
• Project coaching for three (3) mutually determined sourcing projects
• A Pipeline Building Workshop which will assist in identifying viable sourcing projects based on your organization's spend profile
